If you didn’t get your R$ after making a withdrawal, don’t worry! There are a few common reasons why this can happen.
How to view withdraw progress
You can track the progress of your R$ withdrawals here: https://bloxdrop.com/transactions
Withdrawals usually take a few minutes to 24 hours to complete.
After we send your R$, you can also view it in your Roblox Pending Balance here: https://www.roblox.com/transactions
If your withdrawal keeps canceling and refunding
This usually happens because of one of these reasons:
- You changed the price of your gamepasses or they are no longer for sale.
- You forgot to turn off “Enable Regional Pricing” on your gamepass sales page.
The most common reason is the second one, so make sure “Enable Regional Pricing” is turned off.
If your R$ is marked as completed but not in your account
If the BloxDrop transactions page says your withdrawal was completed but you don’t see any R$ in your account, it’s probably because Roblox has a 3–7 day hold on R$ from gamepasses.
You’ll see it in your Pending Balance, and it will move to your main balance automatically after a few days.
You can view your pending withdraw here of your withdrawal here: https://www.roblox.com/transactions
If you only got part of your R$
Sometimes, only part of your R$ may show up at first. Wait a little longer, as it can take an extra day to finish. View the progress of the withdraw by going to the BloxDrop transactions page
If it’s still not all there after that, cancel your withdrawal and make a new one on the BloxDrop transactions page.
